Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or processed. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have already been shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be responsible for return shipping costs when applicable. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary before a refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank for further assistance.
